Glow Rewards T&C's
1. GLOW REWARDS SCHEME BY BSW ENERGY LTD
b. We may add other terms and conditions for optional elements of the scheme, like Glow Points on products, competitions, club membership. And the same applies, your participation in the optional elements of the scheme means you accept these terms and conditions.c. The Glow account, card, coupons, vouchers and Glow points, in whatever form, remain the property of BSW Energy Ltd.
d. We may end or amend the scheme at any time. We may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time, for example to introduce new or temporary features, or to keep them accurate and up to date. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice in advance of any changes. The latest version will always be found on our website. If you continue to use your card after we have made changes to these terms and conditions, we will treat this as your acceptance of the changes.
e. To use the Glow Rewards scheme, you must be a UK resident, aged 16 years or over. You are only entitled to one registered Glow Rewards scheme account per person.
f. To get the full benefits of your Glow Rewards scheme, it's important you register your details with us and keep BSW Energy Ltd informed of any changes. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of Glow Rewards Points incurred as a result of out-of-date details.
g. You will need a valid and unique email address to register with us and manage your Glow Rewards account online. If you happen to share an email address with someone else, only one person will be able to have a Glow Rewards scheme which you manage online.
h. If you express a preference on how we communicate with you, we will always try to contact you in this way, but we may change how we communicate with you without prior notification, usually when there are problems with the registered postal or email address, or mobile number you've supplied.
i. As the account member, security details remain your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from you failing to ensure the safekeeping of those details.
j. Glow rewards scheme can also only be used for personal and consumer use. They cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
k. Glow rewards scheme can only be used for purchases with BSW Energy Ltd.
l. Your Glow Reward Points are personal to you, are not transferable and cannot be shared, sold, exchanged, bought, or traded in any way.
m. You can choose to leave the scheme at any time and still use all Glow rewards scheme points already issued. We will keep a record of your original account and accumulated points for a year, just in case you wish to re-join but after that, you will lose all those points you've earned.
n. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your card or your card account if you haven't used it for a year, but we will attempt to notify you before we do so.
o. We may end, cancel or suspend your account Glow rewards scheme and/or remove you as a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of: abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to the scheme that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
2. GLOW REWARDS SCHEME POINTS
a. Glow rewards points are earned by spending money on applicable products on www.woodfuel-direct.co.uk
b. You will receive one point per pound (sterling) spent on www.woodfuel-direct.co.uk
c. You will not receive Glow Rewards on the following products or services: sample packs, delivery costs. We may exclude other products from earning Glow Rewards at any time at our discretion.
d. The minimum Glow Rewards Points you can redeem is 100.
e. The maximum Glow Rewards points you can earn is capped at 100,000 Glow Points in a calendar month. Any Glow Points you earn that exceed this cap may appear on your invoice at the time of purchase, but will not be allocated to your account. We do however reserve the right to waive this restriction at any time on a case-by-case basis.
f. It may take up to 72 hours for Glow Points you have earned to be added to your account.
g. Glow Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
h. You have 7 days following an eligible transaction in which to query the number of Glow Points that you have earned.
i. We reserve the right to amend your balance if you exchange or return any product, cancel or not complete on an offer to BSW Energy Ltd.
j. We may correct any incorrect balances without notice to you, for example if Glow Points have been incorrectly added to your account or deducted in error.
a. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time without your consent (for example, if we sell our business).
b. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any related dispute will be resolved in the Courts of England and Wales. In some circumstances the laws where you are resident may apply and the Courts where you are resident may have jurisdiction.
