Outdoor cooking & fire expert Genevieve Taylor has written a handful of wood-fired cooking books. In particular, the Ultimate Wood-Fired Oven Cookbook provides you with everything you need to know about your wood-fired oven from fuelling to cooking times, and it is packed full of amazing recipes. This book covers everything you need to know, and will show you there is more to wood-fired cooking than just pizza! Genevieve’s latest book, ‘Charred’ is the complete guide to Vegetarian Grilling and BBQ, proving that fire & smoke, don’t always have to be about cooking meat. BBQ – FIRE, FOOD & OUTDOOR LIVING

An online magazine dedicated to fire, food and outdoor living, BBQ is a quarterly publication that is entertaining yet informative, providing information on the latest appliances, tips & tricks and recipes. Co-created by one of the most well-known and admired names on the BBQ scene, Marcus Bowden. Marcus is the author of the wood-fired cookbook, Food and Fire and is known for providing great recipes and videos on all things cooking outdoors.
