This book covers everything you need to know, and will show you there is more to wood-fired cooking than just pizza! Genevieve’s latest book, ‘Charred’ is the complete guide to Vegetarian Grilling and BBQ, proving that fire & smoke, don’t always have to be about cooking meat. Co-created by one of the most well-known and admired names on the BBQ scene, Marcus Bowden. Marcus is the author of the wood-fired cookbook, Food and Fire and is known for providing great recipes and videos on all things cooking outdoors.

His second book Fire Food released in 2018, is packed full of recipes including classics to inventive surprises.
